Our services are primarily digital and delivered electronically, although limited physical dispatches may occur under specific service contracts or enterprise arrangements.

By using our platform or purchasing any service, you (“Client”, “User”, or “You”) acknowledge and accept this Policy as legally binding and agree to comply with its terms.


2. Nature of Services and Delivery Mode

Most services provided by Peptrait are digital in nature, including but not limited to:

  • Identity verifications
  • Digital certifications
  • Credentialing documents
  • Sectoral assessments and compliance reports
  • Platform-based dashboards and data access
  • API-integrated data outputs (for enterprise clients)

Unless otherwise expressly stated, no physical goods are delivered.


3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on the type of service and the completeness of client data. Below is a general guideline:

4. Delivery Methods

All services and deliverables are provided through secure and traceable methods:

  • Via the client’s user dashboard on www.peptrait.com
  • Directly via email to the registered account holder
  • Secure download links with access restrictions
  • Digitally signed PDFs and documentation
  • Encrypted channels or API (for enterprise clients)

No physical documents or packages will be dispatched unless explicitly agreed under a separate written arrangement.


5. Conditions for Successful Delivery

To ensure proper and timely delivery, the Client is responsible for:

  • Submitting accurate, complete, and verifiable information as required
  • Monitoring their registered email inbox and platform dashboard
  • Ensuring no unauthorized access or firewall blocks to email or platform
  • Responding to clarifications or additional information requests promptly

Peptle shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by client-side errors or non-compliance.


6. Non-Delivery or Delay Scenarios

You must report undelivered services or issues within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date. Contact our support team via email with your order ID.

Failure to report issues within the stipulated time may affect eligibility for refunds or redelivery.


7. Force Majeure

Peptle shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, storm, etc.)
  • Pandemic or health emergencies
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest
  • Governmental regulations or legal restrictions
  • Internet failures or major cybersecurity incidents
  • Labor strikes or work stoppages

In such cases, delivery obligations may be paused or rescheduled without liability.


8. Third-Party Involvement

In some cases, our services may depend on third-party integrations, government portals, or verification networks. We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from such third-party systems, though we will make reasonable efforts to support completion.


9. No Liability for Consequential Damages

Peptle is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays or delivery errors
  • Penalties, interest, tax dues, or losses arising from use or reliance on our deliverables
  • Business losses or legal disputes caused by misinterpretation or misuse of digital deliverables


10. Physical Shipment Clause (If Applicable)

If a service involves physical shipment (such as printed certificates or official hard copies), the following applies:

  • Shipping charges (domestic/international) will be borne by the client unless waived
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on region
  • Tracking information will be provided (wherever applicable)
  • Delays caused by customs clearance, logistics partners, or remote delivery locations are outside our control
  • We are not liable for any damage during transit if dispatched through third-party carriers


11. Refunds Related to Delivery

Refunds related to delays or delivery issues are governed strictly by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Not all delays qualify for a refund, particularly where the client has contributed to the delay or force majeure applies.


12. Policy Modifications

Peptle reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on www.peptrait.com and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
