Refund & Cancellation Policy

Peptle Private Limited (“Peptle,” "we," "us," or "our"), operating the Peptrait platform at www.peptrait.com, is committed to providing transparent and customer-centric service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may request cancellations or refunds for services purchased through our platform.

By purchasing or subscribing to any service on our platform, you (“you,” “User,” “Client”) agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full. Please review this document carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Policy on Refunds and Cancellations

1.1. All purchases made on the Peptrait platform are considered final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in this policy.

1.2. Clients are advised to carefully review the service scope, eligibility criteria, and any applicable timelines before placing an order or subscribing to services.

1.3. Refunds, where applicable, are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total invoiced amount, which includes administrative, platform, and processing charges.

1.4. Where applicable, applicable government taxes (GST, CCA, etc.) and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund only in the following circumstances:

2.1. Technical Issues

If you experience a verified technical failure that prevents access to a purchased service, and Peptle is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days, you may request a refund.

2.2. Duplicate Payment

In the event of an accidental multiple payment for the same service caused by system or payment gateway errors, the duplicate transaction amount may be refunded.

2.3. Non-Delivery of Service

If a promised service is not delivered within 10 business days beyond the expected timeline, and no reasonable cause or client delay is involved, you may request a refund.

2.4. Subscription Cancellation

  • Monthly Plans: Refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase where no service has been used may be considered.
  • Annual Plans: A pro-rata refund may be provided if cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase and no significant portion of the service has been utilized.


3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The user violates the Terms of Service or submits misleading, false, or incomplete data.
  • Change of mind or personal decision after purchase.
  • Any portion of the service has been accessed, consumed, or activated.
  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to submit required information or documentation.
  • Refund request is made after the eligible refund period.
  • Refund request is made due to dissatisfaction with outcomes, which are subject to data accuracy and not guaranteed.


4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Submit a request via email to support@peptrait.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.
  2. Include:
  • Full name, registered email address
  • Order ID and date of transaction
  • Description of issue and reason for refund
  • Any supporting documents or screenshots
  1. Our team will investigate and respond within 5 business days of receiving your request.


5. Refund Method and Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within the following timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7–10 business days
  • UPI or Wallet: 5–7 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7–15 business days (subject to bank processing)
  • Refunds will be made only to the original source of payment.


6. Cancellation Terms

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation: If a client requests to cancel a service after payment, and the service has not been initiated, a refund may be issued subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
  • Peptrait-Initiated Cancellation: In rare cases where Peptle discontinues a service after purchase due to internal or legal reasons, a full or partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
  • Government or Regulatory Cancellation: Peptle is not liable for cancellations required by government orders or changes in regulatory compliance.


7. Penalties, Liability & Data Submission Responsibility

  • Upon access to the Peptrait platform or issuance of login credentials, Peptle is deemed to have fulfilled its primary service obligation.
  • Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of all data submitted.
  • Peptle is not liable for:
  • Penalties, interest, or charges levied by authorities due to incorrect or incomplete information;
  • Any tax obligations or legal liabilities incurred by the client;
  • Outcomes based on third-party evaluations or government processes;
  • Delay or rejection caused by user data or documentation.


8. Force Majeure

Peptle shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligation under this policy due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (flood, earthquake, fire)
  • Government orders or law changes
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Internet outages or cyberattacks
  • War, terrorism, or civil disturbances
  • Labor strikes or supplier disruptions

Such events may delay or suspend our obligations temporarily or permanently, and no refund shall be due in such circumstances.


9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. Users from outside India agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Indian courts for such disputes.
